Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping: We ship within the U.S. using USPS Priority Mail International:
We currently do not offer international shippping
All items are handmade with a 4-8 week turnaround.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates, so please plan accordingly.

Processing Time
Because everything is handmade and crafted in house:
- Production time is 4-8 weeks (may vary during high-volume seasons)
- Production time does not include Shipping time
- Carrier transit times vary, and delays are outside of our control
Cancellations
Because every items is handmade to order:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- You may email us immediately after placing your order. If the order has not begun processing, we can attempt to cancel it.
- Once the order ships, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Shipping Time
Once shipped:
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days depending on location
Tracking
A tracking email will be automatically sent once your order ships.
- Why does my tracking say "USPS Awaiting Item"?
This means your package has already been handed to USPS, but they have not scanned it yet. Your order has already shipped.
- My tracking looks stuck. What does this mean?
Carrier often skips scans, especially during busy seasons. Your package is still moving through their system and will update once it reaches the next facility.Tracking hasn't updated.
Has my order shipped?
- Yes. once you receive a tracking number, your package has left our workshop. Carrier updates can be delayed, but your order is already on it's way.
Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing the correct address.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Shock Power Leather is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Delays caused by carrier
- Carrier not updating tracking.
Customers must contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery issues.
If the carrier damages the package, you must file a claim with the carrier directly. We only cover issues caused by us, not the carrier.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns under any circumstance. Every item is handmade to order and created specifically for you, therefore all sales are finalWe do accept exchanges only for a different size of the exact same design.

Items Purchased from Retail Stores
If you purchased a Shock Power Leather item from a shop, boutique or third-party retailer, you must contact the store directly.
- All returns, exchanges and policies are handled by that retailer, not by us.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns
Because every Shock power Leather item is handmade to order, we do not accept returns for any reason.If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it for the correct item.
Returns are NOT accepted for:
- Incorrect Sizing
- Prefernce
-Based reasons (style, weight, color expectations, etc.)
-Change of mind
-Wear, damage, or improper storage
- Orders placed by mistake
- Delayed USPS scans or transit issues. Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back to the customer.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchanges are size only.You may exchange your item for the same design in a different size only.
Exchanges for a different style, design or product are not allowed, even if the items are the same value.
No upgrades, downgrades, or substitutions.
Custom-sized or custom-ordered items cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Free of scents (cigarettes, perfume, animals, etc.)
- Free of pet hair
- In its original condition with all tags attached.
Items that arrive in poor condition will be rejected and returned to the customer.
Because all items are handmade to order, exchanging requires us to remake the item in the correct size.There is a $30 remake/restocking fee.
Customer pays shipping to send item back to us.
Customer pays shipping for us to send the new replacement item back.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges may take up to 4 weeks to produce not including shipping time.
Items are remade by hand in the proper size.Do not ship items back without contacting us. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the customer.
Defective, Damaged or Wrong items
If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will replace it for free, including:
- Full remake
- Shipping back to us
- Shipping the corrected item to you, If the package was damaged by the carrier, you must file a claim with USPS.
If the product is damaged due to improper packing by the customer when returning it, the item becomes ineligible for exchange
How to start an exchange or report an issue

Include:- Full name
- Order number
- Photos (if damaged, defective or incorrect). Photos must be clear showing the item is in perfect condition.
- Explanation of the issue or size needed. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Yes! We offer custom sizing for customers who fall outside our standard size range.
