Custom Sizing / Orders
All Shock Power Leather items are handmade to order, so getting an accurate measurment is extremely important. We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing.
How We Measure our Belts
Our belts are measured from the tip of the prong to the middle hole in inches. This measurment should match your waist circumference at the spot where you plan to wear your belt.
You can find your correct size in two ways:
1. Measure Yourself.
Use a soft measuring tape around the part of your body where the belt will sit (waist, mid-rise, hip, etc.).
2. Measure a belt You Already Own.
Measure from the tip of the prong tot he hole you use most comfortably.
Choose the size closest to that measurement.
Belt Sizing System
Our belts follow a consistent sizing system and sized in 2-inch increments:
28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, etc.
We can make ANY size, but sizes must be in even numbers.
(For example: we do not produce size 33, 35, 37, etc. You would choose the nearest even number instead.)
Bootstrap Sizing System
Bootstraps are made to your boot size. For most styles, simply select the size that matches the size of your boot. ""W"" stands for women's standard sizes. ""M"" stands for men's standard sizes.
All Shock Power bootstraps are made in full-size increments (6, 7, 8, 9, etc.).
If you fall in between sizes, please size up for the best fit.
Western or cowboy boots: Order your usual boot size. The bottom chain is meant to fit a standard heel indentation (1 inch to 1.5 inches).
Combat and motorcycle boots: Size up one full size for best fit.
High heels, platforms or unusual heel shapes: These require a custom chain length.
Submit a custom order if your shoe has a tall platform, a steep heel indent, or anything outside standard boot structure.

Custom Sizing

Custom sizing is final sale and cannot be returned.

Incorrect Sizing Policy
We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing.
Exchanges are available with the following fees:- $30 restocking/remake fee- Customer covers shipping both ways

Most customers fit within our standard sizes and do not need custom sizing.
All custom sizes and all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.
Custom sizing/orders are not available on any of our bags.

CUSTOM SIZING
We offer custom sizing for customers who fall outside our standard size range.
BELTS
- Our standard belt sizes range from 26" to 56". If you need a size below 26" or above 56", you may request custom sizing at no additional cost.
- All Shock Power belts are made in 2-inch increments (26.28.30.32, etc.)
We do not offer odd-number sizing. If you fall between sizes, please select the nearest even number.
- Each belt includes our standard 5-hole layout.
BOOT STRAPS
- Our standard sizing ranges from 5W to 13M. If you need a size below 5W or above 13M, you may request custom sizing at no additional cost.
- All Shock Power Leather bootstraps are made in full-size increments (6, 7, 8, 9, etc.).
If you fall in between sizes, please size up for the best fit.
- Our bootstraps are designed to fit boots with a standard heel indentation (typically 1" - 1.5" deep), such as western/ cowboy boots.
- If your boots have a platform, steep heels, or unusal shapes, a custom order is required for chain adjustments
- Custom sizing does NOT include extra holes or changes to the hole pattern.
- If you need additional holes, a modified hole layout, or special adjustments, this becomes a custom order (different category).
- Custom sizing is final sale. Because these pieces are made specifically to your measurments, no returns, exchanges or cancellations are allowed.
- Standard production time of 4-8 weeks applies.
CUSTOM ORDER
We accept custom orders on a case-by-case basis.
Please note: We reserve the right to accept or decline any custom order. Approval depends on complexity, feasibility, and current production schedule.
You may inquire about custom belts, chokers, gauntlets, bootstraps, and leather accesories.
A custom order is any request that requires:
- A brand-new design
- Unique placement of hardware or studs
- Additional holes or special hole patterns
- Layout changes to existing designs
- Made-from-scratch items not sold on the website
Custom orders are NOT:
- Changing the size of an existing item (that is custom sizing)
- Minor adjustments to current designs
- Recreating something made by another brand.
We do not accept guaranteed deadlines or rush productions.If you have a preferred timeline, you may state it in your email and we will let you know whether it is possible before accepting the request.
Our production timeline begins after the design has been fully approved.
After reviewing your request, we will follow up with:
- Whether we can take on the project
- Estimated pricing
- Approximate production timeline
- Any limitations regarding revisions. Minor Revisions may be discussed during the design approval stage.Once production begins, no changes can be made.
Custom orders are final sale. Because these pieces are made specifically to your specifications, no returns, exchanges or cancellations are allowed.
